Great food lots of choices very affordable friendly service and atmosphere conveniently located right off highway and next to Vero beach outlets. This is a child friendly place . They also have their country store attached which sells vintage candy and home made jams honey syrup etc. they also sell a variety of home decor some toys and other nice things. Prices are reasonable. Lots of parking available . I'd recommend this place for breakfast lunch and dinner

My waitress was amazing. I just wish I remembered her name. My food came out quickly and service was on par with expectations, honestly, no complaints there. I do wish their dessert menu was better. **hint, hint** banana pudding, please!!

I've heard rave reviews over the years from others about Cracker Barrel. I finally tried the one here in Vero Beach since moving from California. I was really disappointed with the food. Maybe it was an off day, but it was empty. Cute place, but I'd recommend concentrating on the food, before selling a bunch of stuff. Possibly I'll give it another try, but not on my to do list anytime soon.

This is a great Cracker Barrel it's a bit of a trek off of I-95 but worth the maneuvering, The restaurant is filled with a very friendly staff who is very attentive and they listen when you place an order. The manager on duty stopped by to check on things and made sure everything was to my liking. Brittany was my server and she was great even got me a coffee to go. My order was put together beautifully and everything tasted fresh made even though it was after 8 PM. It goes to show you can't always judge the brand it's the people who make the difference. I would definitely stop here again if in the area.

Mmm Mmmm Mmm! I really enjoy Cracker Barrel. The food is always tasty and I can easily get lost in the novelty shop for hours. This location is very welcoming, the staff is super helpful, and it can get very busy especially on the weekends. I prefer to order take-out when I'm in town. Their to-go orders are just as detailed as their dine-in ones which scores huge points in my book. My restaurant faves would be their breakfast menu. Everything is always so fresh and full of flavor. I love their pancakes and bacon the most. Their syrup is perfect on everything...lol yes everything. CB is family and group friendly and this location is very large. Again if you are going during rush you will be waiting a while. I really looooove the novelty store located in within the main entrance. CB has everything from toys, jewelry, and specialty cooking items to candy and novelty food. Some items are year round but mostly everything changes with the season or compliments the current holiday. Christmas time is super pretty and they sell everything from train sets to Christmas ornaments. I love the country home feel. If you are looking for quality country-style breakfast head over to CB. The other breakfast spot in the area just don't compare.

I enjoy Cracker Barrel when it's either for Sunday morning breakfast or a late dinner on Sunday. I love that it's set up like a country store where you first walk in. I think my favorite part of the store was in the back where they have the old-time candy. I didn't get any this visit though because I was hongry. We had a large party of 8 and we sat in the middle of the restaurant. We had two servers and both were very attentive and cracking jokes with us. On this visit, I ordered the Lemon Pepper Grilled Rainbow Trout which came with a choice of 3 sides and I picked a baked sweet potato, apple slices, and turnip greens, ya know, tryna be all healthy and stuff hahaha. I have to say, I was a bit disappointing when the plate was sat in front of me as the fish were 2 thin fillets. I had hoped that the pieces would be bigger. A friend had ordered the fried catfish fillet and it looked bigger than my trout. I ate it anyway and the seasoning was on point. I was given a ton of brown sugar for my sweet potato on the side (bonus points!). The turnip greens could've used a little more salt but I decided to eat them the way they were. I had heard that they had the Blackberry Cobbler for dessert and there was no way I was not going to get it. I love berries, especially blackberries. Their cobbler with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top was phenomenal, oh my god. I wish that it was a permanent item on their menu instead of a seasonal one. I'd eat that year-round. If I'm ever back in town, I'll make sure to stop back by. Make that Blackberry Cobbler permanent!

I was hoping for Amalfi grill but then I wanted some down home cooking for my birthday... so we went here. I got the chicken fried steak and taters/carrots and a side salad, and honey got the Ruben with steak fries. It took a little min for our waitress to bring me my corn muffins but when they got there they were hot hot hot like some old 40's movie. Maybe 50's. So in the words of me. Tasty vittles down in my mouth. Yay. I loved it and Hubbie didn't mind too. Especially since the bill was cheap cheap cheap.

Cracker Barrel--you came through for two weary travelers.....we stopped in late and needed some decent food--our little guy server was awesome and so nice. We were able to get in and out with a bag of food to take back to our hotel room within 10 minutes. We had mac-n-cheese----pretty good---sweet pot.--carrots--and he was so nice and put in some cornbread and biscuits in there also. Not too shabby....

Okay, so whats the deal with the rocking chairs? I've been to Cracker Barrels in Arizona and now here in Florida and the place is crawling with rocking chairs and people of all ages just lounging around and rocking all day!! Is this some cult I'm not aware of? Despite the rocking chairs, I've loved the comfort food menu of Cracker Barrel. Nice gut busting food and reasonable prices. I'm so bummed they dont have any locations in Southern California. We got there around late morning and I had a hankering for their country fried steak served with eggs over easy. Place was somewhat busy and service was solid. All in all, Cracker Barrel lives up to my craving for a place that serves simple hearty food.

Who doesn't love Cracker Barrel? I go there every chance I get. I get the same thing almost every single time (I change the sides a bit), but it always involves the chicken fried chicken with white gravy. I try to order last so I can see what every else gets so I don't duplicate sides (so I can taste more sides). The sweet tea is always perfect! I ordered my chicken fried chicken with hash brown casserole, Mac n Cheese, and Dumplings. My mom ordered the chicken and dumplings with fried okra, and fried apples. SCORE! I wanted those sides too! The biscuits were so fresh and warm. The meal was so filling. I left feeling so full. Of course, we took a few minutes to walk around the store and shop. I always find something in there! The only negative I would say is the dessert I had last time (blondie with ice cream, caramel sauce, and caramel popcorn) was only a summer treat and came off the menu the day before.

Went to this Restaurant because it was next door to the hotel I was staying at. If I wasn't so tired I would have gone someplace else. I was greeted by the hostess who was very nice. Sat at a good table, plenty of room to relax. I was greeted by one server who seemed to get frustrated with me because I couldn't decide what to have . I have health issues so it's more difficult for me than HER. Next thing I know I have another server. Well now I feel uncomfortable! If you are going to work in a Restaurant that is right off the highway and wedged between hotels , there are going to be challenges. Since I do travel a lot, I know my diet (not by choice) is exhausting. But just think how I feel , if I eat the wrong thing I end up in the hospital. Since I will be back in the area again and staying at the same hotel . I will just have to find someplace else to eat. The food wasn't that good anyway.

Went for breakfast with my wife and 2 small kids. The food took forever to come out and by the time it did my kids were no longer interested. My food was good ( well what I got to eat of it). The waitress rushed us from about 5 minute after getting our food. To the point I just left my food sitting there and left still hungry. The restaurant was not that busy for a Cracker Barrel. They took the drinks off because of the extreme wait. The cashier could tell that I was not happy and offered to call the manager over. I'm not looking for free food, so I told her no thanks and left. Still hungry after paying $30 for breakfast. Great way to start my day.

After some serious shopping we stopped for a bite. I love food, I don't care if its fine dining or good 'ol country kitchen food, if its good I like it. At this location I was not so impressed with the food. I don't know, maybe I ordered the wrong dish - I guess grilled chicken is definitely not the best thing to order. Service was fine, no complaints there and the fact that my iced tea is always full is always a plus.

this I must say... the service is impeccable - def worthy of a fine dining establishment grade... we went to a different one on the way up and the service was equally an unexpected surprise... the food is nothing out of this world but it's not bad either; just your standard country fare comfort food with all its fixings... chicken & dumplings is one of my faves and sadly i didn't get to try the new england chowder bec they ran out so be sure to get there early friday evenings. the nostalgia on the market side is a must-see... lots of vintage goodies packed in their original packaging and format... i went in having a stereo-typed frame of mind about the place and left completely surprised and tummy satisfied! the 5 stars is for the overall experience so be sure to peruse through the sundries shop and pick up some nostalgic trinket to take back home! there is ample parking... it's a great stop for the long trips commuting on the road... great to take a break from the log hours driving... give you back a rest and stretch out your legs... but don't eat too much bec it def will make you sleepy!

This is one of my favorite places whenever I'm in town, or whenever I happen to pass one on the interstate-- gotta love those Southern-style chains. I love the biscuits and gravy here (biscuits are hot, gravy is artery-clogging good), and it's incredibly cheap. I don't remember the rest of the menu well, but breakfast is nice. It's always fun to browse in the kitschy little store in the front, and the decor is lots of fun. The staff is really nice, even if service occasionally leaves something to be desired.

Sometimes you get a craving and you just GOTTA kill it. Well for the last couple of years...really since I left New York in 1997...I've had a craving for Cracker Barrel....not for anything in particular foodwise...more for the experience. Let me explain I grew up in rural Ireland and always have had an affinity to things country. Now, Country Ireland and Country USA are totally different things. I have an affinity for things Country USA and my husband, he hates country...he's a city boy born and bred. He's a rock n roller. So I rarely get to go to Cracker Barrel. But today I tricked him by luring him with the promise of soup for lunch. Women...know your men...lure them here with their stomachs!! Yum yum...he had stew in a bread bowl and I had potato soup in a bread bowl. Lunch specials with two sides. I had corn and a side salad and he had corn and carrots. Had a glass of iced cider which was yum. They lose a star cos the sides were frozen carrots and the side salad was iceberg with skittery bits of carrot and a wedge of tomato..ick! But the stew was good and so was the potato soup and sometimes you just HAVE TO give into that craving and run with it and now......that craving has been fulfilled :)

Well we decided we wanted to try a new place for breakfast. Breakfast is a big deal in our family and has always been. I suggested Cracker Barrel. After a short discussion whether we had been there or not with my wife we decided to go. When you first pull up to the front and see all the rocking chairs you have to chuckle. Oh it gets better when you go inside. Should I shop or eat? Well I was hungry so I opted to eat. It is getting easier as we get older for me to drag my wife out of shopping areas (she's a little thing ya know) and the complaining stops after the first fork full hits the pallet. The food is very good and they give you a lot of it. We both opted for the blackberry whole grain pancakes. It came with eggs and a side of meat. There is so much food that it overtakes the table. And it can be described as " if no one is looking I'm lickin the plate" Being a "northerner" I have got to relax and understand the southern pace. For the most part it is relax it'll get there and you will enjoy it. I'll figure it out sooner or later. If I don't you'll hear of some Jersey guy getting arrested for storming the kitchen to cook his own meal. Though relaxed the service is very friendly. Nice variety. Think I'll try the country fried steak breakfast next time

I love having breakfast here they have the best blueberry pancakes and I love there sourdough french toast. Always nice to know you can always get breakfast or a home cooked meal and it's at a good budget for anyone.

Amazing place. Great Cracker Barrel. I was worried when I read reviews. Service with Jess was exceptional. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes and I shopped a couple of minutes and used the restroom. Great fast amazing service.

I want to love Cracker Barrel, I really do! But, alas, I just can't. It is too busy, too slow and I am just not in love with the food.

Very good service on the two occasions that I've been to this location. I love the country fried steak, and all of the sides are delicious.

Loved the food, price wasn't bad either. Wait service is amazing!! All great!

We always love the food here , yeah it's a chain--and VERY laid back! But that's Exactly what we were looking for! Great home cooking!

this I must say... the service is impeccable - def worthy of a fine dining establishment grade... we went to a different one on the way up and the service was equally an unexpected surprise... the food is nothing out of this world but it's not bad either; just your standard country fare comfort food with all its fixings... chicken & dumplings is one of my faves and sadly i didn't get to try the new england chowder bec they ran out so be sure to get there early friday evenings. the nostalgia on the market side is a must-see... lots of vintage goodies packed in their original packaging and format... i went in having a stereo-typed frame of mind about the place and left completely surprised and tummy satisfied! the 5 stars is for the overall experience so be sure to peruse through the sundries shop and pick up some nostalgic trinket to take back home! there is ample parking... it's a great stop for the long trips commuting on the road... great to take a break from the log hours driving... give you back a rest and stretch out your legs... but don't eat too much bec it def will make you sleepy!

Service was good and food was delicious. Had the blackberry pancakes very yummy. The biscuits like always are fresh and the best out there!
